ROBERT KLEEGER

Robert Kleeger is Managing Director of The Intelligence Group, LLC in Bedminster, New Jersey. He works to develop early stage complex technical digital forensic investigation services for law firms, corporations, corporate IT and/or security executives, human resource professionals and other litigation support professionals. He is experienced in matters involving data theft and crimes facilitated by computer including sexual harassment, discrimination, restricted covenant, non-competes, theft of IP, commercial litigation, embezzlement, bankruptcy, financial fraud, criminal defense and matrimonial matters. He assists clients with strategies and technologies to manage cost-related issues related to ESI (Electronically Stored Information).

Mr. Kleeger is a co-founder and board member of the Legal Resource Group and member of the Association of Litigation Support Professionals (ALSP). He was selected to participate on an eDiscovery “Virtual Advisory Board” for The Institute for the Advancement of the American Legal System (IAALS). A faculty member of Lawline.com (a leading provider of online CLE), Mr. Kleeger participated as a faculty member of the 2007 New Jersey Superior Court Judicial College of the Administrative Office and has presented seminars on behalf of Half Moon CLE Seminars and the New Jersey Defense Association. He has been featured on WNBC/NBC 4 News Channel and has written and co-written published articles on topics related to e-discovery, including “Satisfy Your Company’s E-Discovery Obligations” (New Jersey Law Journal, June 16, 2008).

Mr. Kleeger received his B.S. from Roger William University.
