What is NJICLE's refund/credit policy? What if I registered for a seminar and find out that I can’t attend?Hard Copy Publications - If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return any NJICLE hard copy book in salable condition within 30 days of purchase, minus applicable shipping and handling fees. If you prefer, we can hold a credit you can use for other NJICLE products for one year. Download Publications - All downloadable publication sales are final and ca not be returned. Software - software may not be returned, however we will gladly replace any defective discs. Seminars--You have several options: 1. You can transfer to another site of the program or to a program of comparable price. 2. You can send a colleague in your place as a substitute to the program for which you have registered. 3. You can order the program materials, plus the audio cassettes or CDs at an additional fee. In some cases, audio cassettes or CDs may not be available. 4. You can request the seminar handbook, in full satisfaction. 5. You can request a refund, less $20 processing fee (ONLY if you call 24 hours before the program). 6. You can request a monetary credit.
